Refund Policy

At our flower shop, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of every arrangement we create. Because flowers are perishable and many of our products are made-to-order, we maintain the following refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

Order Accuracy

If you believe your order was delivered incorrectly or does not match what was requested, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request a photo of the arrangement to better understand the issue. If an error occurred on our part, we will gladly replace the arrangement or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Flower Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability and market conditions, certain flowers or containers may occasionally need to be substituted. In such cases, we will ensure that the arrangement maintains the same style, color palette, and overall value as the original design. Substitutions do not qualify for a refund.

 

Quality Concerns
We guarantee the freshness of our flowers. If your flowers arrive in poor condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After reviewing the concern, we may offer a replacement arrangement or store credit.

 

Delivery Issues
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, restricted access, or the recipient being unavailable, additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery. Refunds are not issued for deliveries that fail due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

 

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Orders canceled after this window may not be eligible for a refund, as flowers and materials may have already been prepared.

 

Custom and Event Orders
Custom arrangements, event flowers, and large orders may require deposits and may have separate cancellation and refund terms. Deposits for custom or event work are generally non-refundable once preparation has begun (48 hours).

 

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed and delivered fresh flower arrangements (unless quality issues are reported within 24 hours)

  • Custom floral designs once preparation has started

  • Delivery fees once delivery has been attempted or completed
