2. Product Availability and Substitutions

Flowers are natural and seasonal products. While we strive to create arrangements exactly as shown, certain flowers, containers, or design elements may occasionally need to be substituted due to seasonal availability or supply issues.

If substitutions are necessary, we will ensure the arrangement maintains the same style, color palette, and overall value as the original product.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary during peak holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other high-demand periods.

Additional charges may apply for:

Delivery fees
Same-day delivery requests
Special handling or large orders
Sales tax where applicable

4. Orders and Payment

Payment must be completed at the time an order is placed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

5. Delivery Policy

We offer local delivery within our service area. Delivery times are estimated and cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery conditions:

The recipient does not need to be present for delivery if a safe location is available.
If the recipient is unavailable, the arrangement may be left with a neighbor, building manager, or in a safe place when appropriate.
Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery if the address provided is incorrect or inaccessible.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the daily cutoff time specified on our website. Orders received after this time may be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Orders may be canceled or modified if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Once preparation has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Large or custom orders may have separate cancellation policies.

8. Refunds and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are limited. If there is a concern regarding the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We may offer:

A replacement arrangement
Store credit
A partial or full refund at our discretion

Photos may be requested to evaluate the issue.
